My Fertility Smoothie Recipe
I have struggled with infertility for 5 years and because of this, I have done major research into natural foods, and supplements that can be taken to naturally boost your fertility. This smoothie is my personal recipe that I have adjusted and tried a million different ways to perfect the taste. Now I can drink my smoothie and enjoy it, rather than cringe and think ugh, “this smoothie is so bad”.
Step 1:
Assemble Ingredients
½ Ripe Banana
4 Frozen Strawberries
½ cup Frozen Blueberries
¼ cup Kale
1 cup Almond Milk (I love Califia farms vanilla almond milk)
1 teaspoon Maca Root Powder
1 teaspoon Acai berry powder
Step 2:
Blend
Add ingredients to a blender of your choice, blend on high, until ingredients are thoroughly mixed and smooth.
Step 3:
Serve
Pour smoothie into a cup and serve!
